What qualifies a brand to work with you?
We work best with established brands doing at least $20k/month in Amazon revenue, with healthy organic listings and inventory we can scale into. If you’re earlier-stage, tell us anyway - sometimes the fit is there, sometimes we’ll point you somewhere better.
What happens on the first call?
It’s a straightforward strategy call. We’ll look at your current setup, understand the commercial goals behind the account, and tell you what we’d prioritise first if we were managing it.
What is your fee structure?
£750 per month per region managed (North America, United Kingdom, Europe, etc.) with unlimited SKUs included. No percentage-of-spend and no setup fees, so scaling ad spend never moves the management fee.
What are your contract terms?
Monthly rolling. 30 days’ notice to pause or stop. We earn the next month every month.
How do you handle communication?
Slack, Teams or WhatsApp for quick day-to-day questions with same-day replies Mon-Fri. Email for approvals, documents and longer topics (within one business day). Loom when a screen-share is clearer than text. A monthly strategic update as a deck plus Loom or a 30-60 minute call, with a mid-month pulse check in between.
How do you set up account access?
We use Seller Central user permissions (not a login share) and request read-only access to any business analytics you use (Sellerboard, Helium10, Sellerise, etc). Onboarding typically takes a few days from sign-off.
How quickly can you begin?
Usually within one to two weeks of the contract being signed. The first step is a proper review of the account so the initial strategic actions are grounded, not guessed.
